There’s no Bubba Gump here in Australia so we went for it. Ordered buckets and buckets of prawns!

Their coconut prawn starter was amazing! I just love the combination of coconut and prawns–my 2 favourite things in the world.

Bubba Gump was next to a river and we sat outside. Just next to our table was this sign

I’m guessing it’s a common sight for people to get tipsy or drunk enough and want to swim in that river.
Anyway we also had time to venture past the tourist area, came into the more “local” area and found these 2 kids

They are brother and sister, the little boy’s name is Alex and they were still working at 2-3 in the morning on the busy streets!
The girl could barely carry all her wares let alone get the restless 2 year old Alex to follow her.
My husband and I purchased all of her bracelets and told them to go home. They should be sleeping at that time!
I dont want to go on a tirade but honestly, I am disgusted by parents who make their children work for them. Kids do not ask to be born, and when you decide to have one, it is your responsibility to give them the basic needs. Hence parenting is not for everyone.
Anyway, before I go off a tangent again…that’s Cancun for you. Partytown in every sense of the word. I will write a post about my outdoor and day trips separately soon!
