The nightlife in Cancun is undeniably bustling. Unlike other vacation spots, Cancun is one place where the number of young people (university/college kids on spring/ summer break) outnumber the retirees.
Night clubs try to outnumber each other in terms of shows/ gimiks/ entry packages. They are all equally exciting but the dilema is…which club to choose?
Coco Bongo and Daddy O are the 2 main big clubs in the strip. However, the lesser known ones are also teeming with people. If you are into Mexican Hip Hop/Rap , Reggaeton and latino dance music (Daddy Yankee, Wisin Y Yandel, Pitbull, etc)–you will really REALLY have a hard time choosing 🙂 I for one enjoy that kind of music so I was torn.
The whole place has that extremely lively vibe. Yet at the same time it’s not as pretentious or superficial as other “party places” because you can have fun in your flip flops and beach dress. Everyone is in casual mode. No exagerrated primping or dressing up, save that one for when in Vegas!
